Extruder Department

Our products, after being made ready for shipment as bags of 20 and 25 kg following extruder print and cutting phases of the raw material, are being presented to the service of our customers.

Printing Press Department

Our objective in year 2023 will be to increase our high intensity capacity by 30%. We currently have 5 printing machines. 1 of them is single sided 4 colored, 1 of them is two sided 4 colored, 2 of them are two sided 6 colored, and 1 of them is 2 colored. Our total printing capacity is about 120 tons (OPP) - (PP) - (PE) - (HDPE), and paper products are also able to be printed.

Moreover, our printing block is being made at our facility, and fast and advantageous service is being provided for our customers. Orders of specific amount are being delivered on the same business day. We are planning to increase our printing capacity by 40% in year 2023.

Cutting Department

Cutting machines are 15 units in total as being 4 units of (HDPE) t-shirt bag cutting machines, 1 unit of soft loop handle attachment machine, 1 unit of photoelectric pullet bag cutting machine with apparatus, 1 unit of reinforced bag cutting machine, 6 units of printed or unprinted bag cutting machine, and 2 units of straight wide size infinite nylon bag cutting machine.

7 of these machines are domestic, and 8 of them had been imported from Taiwan. Our total cutting capacity is 350 tons.

Shipment - Storehouse

Our products are being presented to service of our customers after being made ready for shipment in bags of 20 or 25 kg.
